GENERAL
– Asili Kilimanjaro Climb is a Tanzania-based company that organizes climbing expeditions on Mount Kilimanjaro.
– By accessing and using this website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use this website.
– We may change these Terms from time to time without notice by updating this page. You should check this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by the updated Terms.

– The content on this site is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal or professional advice.
– We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content but make no guarantees about it.
– You understand that under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of any content posted or otherwise made available via the service.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
– By making a booking request through this website you are entering into a legally binding contract with Asili Kilimanjaro Climb.
– A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments can be made online or via bank transfer.
– An initial deposit of 30% of the package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the trip.
– All prices are quoted in US Dollars and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
– Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to trip start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 USD administration fee.
– Cancellations received between 30-60 days prior to trip start date will receive a 50% refund of the package price paid.
– No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to trip start date.
– No refunds will be provided for any unused trip components, including if a participant has to leave a trip early.
LIABILITY
– Participation in climbing Mount Kilimanjaro involves inherent risk. You participate at your own risk.
– Asili Kilimanjaro Climb shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from your participation in the trip.
– Asili Kilimanjaro Climb shall not be liable or responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
APPLICABLE LAW
– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
